Damaged Products Received
Although every effort is made to package products securely, damage may occasionally occur during transit due to courier handling.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photographs showing the damage
Upon verification of the submitted evidence, and if the claim is found to be valid, IHA AURA will offer either:

A replacement of the damaged product, or

A refund, at our discretion depending on product availability and circumstances
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The product received is different from the item displayed or ordered.
